  • Maintenance is typically within a week as long as it is a service we are doing at that time.

    For construction projects, once we receive your signed proposal and deposit, we put you on our schedule. Depending on the time of year and the work we are doing, we try to fit you in within a few weeks. This will give us time to get all the necessary materials ordered that are needed for your project. Timeframes can certainly change but we do our best to accommodate your schedule.

  • Invoices are emailed after work has been completed.  You can pay directly online, call the office and we can process your payment, or you can mail in a check.

  • No, we do not sub out any of our work. We have skilled, trained teams who are able to take of all aspects of your job/project.
